Simex Screening buckets VSE with adjustable screening size
The VSE screening buckets are available in 6 different models for excavators ranging from 1.5 to 45 tons. These buckets feature two key patents: the new screening tool system that reduces maintenance costs by up to 75%, and the quick adjustment of the output size of the screened material. As a result, the VSE screening buckets are an efficient and cost-effective choice for any excavation project.

This exclusive Simex patent allows the axes to be adjusted directly, with a maximum displacement of 40 mm, which immediately changes the grain size of the output material. This provides the operator with quick execution, significant time savings, and great versatility – suitable for various materials – and prevents downtime caused by lengthy technical procedures for adjusting the axes or changing the screening tools.
The screening shafts feature an interchangeable tooth system, fully made of Hardox. You can mount different discs and find the ideal combination for your application, depending on the season. A top disc can be placed in the center, with two cutters alongside to break sandballs. Additionally, the screening bucket will not get stuck due to the design of the screening rotors and teeth.
